Q: Why is your store mostly sold out?
A: My online shop is based on drops. Every month from the 1st until the 7th, I will have a new shop drop, where new and old things will be online and ready to buy. The rest of the time the pieces will be shown as “sold out” to give you a preview of the items and prices that I usually have in stock. Keep in mind though, that what you find in one drop will not necessarily be available again in the next drop.
A: Doing drops like this, will help me schedule my time better. As a one-woman show, every working minute is important. This way I can offer online shopping but also take on other projects on the side and it will give me space and time to grow as an artist 🙂
Q: When is your next drop?
A: The plan is 1st-7th of every month. Newsletter subscribers will get notifications on surprise drops that can happen anytime.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: For now I’ll be shipping only to the European Union and United States. I do plan on eventually opening the doors to Worldwide shipping, but one step at a time.
Q: When do you ship my product?
A: I will start processing all the orders after the shop closes again. Depending on the amount of orders I get, I will be sending your parcel to the postal office between the 8th of the month and the 11th of the month.
Q: What are Newsletter goodies?
A: From time to time, newsletter subscribers will get some special goodies such as:
- Always earlier access to a shop drop (sometimes even a whole day before!)
- Sometimes a free surprise item when making a purchase
- Sometimes discount codes
- Surprise shop drops only notified to newsletter subscribers
- and other little surprises
